If you have received a confirmation of your PayPal or credit card order from PayPal but have not received your registration code from Orders @spitenet.com within 48 hours, please write to Registration@spitenet.com and include your order ID number and/or tracking number that you received from PayPal.
If you have not received a confirmation of your order from PayPal within a few hours of the time you completed your online transaction, it is most likely due to their email being in your spam folder or your email address was incorrect.
