| The ever so spiteful Mrs Spijt (yes, I once
tried to marry her to Mr. Spite) was born in Holland (The Netherlands
meaning she is Dutch. I don’t think she is hollandaise, which is a sauce).
She now lives in "The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia" (sounds
like a C&W song to me – or maybe Blue Grass…).
Mrs Spijt is a married mother of two girls (not married) but she also keeps two Shih-Tzus (dogs) and three cats. She enjoys cooking and baking (having been to Holland a number of times, I can’t recall any food from there at all…), interior decorating, crocheting, needlework of all kinds, entertaining (or to be entertained - partying), traveling, gardening and meeting exciting people from all walks of life...She uses Spite whenever she has a spare moment (I guess that would be more or less all the time judging from her lack of interests…;-)) and she is very active with her husband in the 82nd Airborne Association (a veterans group for paratroopers) for which she is the editor of a bi-monthly newsletter for his Chapter (I said she had plenty of spare time…)By the way, the name Spijt comes from Dutch and means "sorry" or
