Jane, who took her first league win in the November 2003 League, was a first time League winner from Long Island, New York, after competing in only 3 previous leagues. Jane now has 7 league wins under her belt!

Jane has two daughters, Nicole, Age 14 and Ashley, Age 12. But it is her three cats, Mac and Roni (ahhh, the power of cheese) and Patches that are her secret weapons for playing S&M. She has them trained to walk across her keyboard, selecting just the right moves. They have just added a dog to the mix, a grey poodle mix, and we'll have to see what contributions this dog will make.

Jane's husband Steve used to consider himself the quintessential Spite & Malice widower, although he inadvertently brought this upon himself! After Jane's mother passed away, Steve knew how much Jane missed playing cards with her mother, so he searched the www until he found SpiteNET. After heading the support group for S&M widows and widowers, Steve stopped sitting on the side lines and has become an avid player himself.
