The Grand Champion of the February 2009 Legaue is Bren from Ohio. Since her previous win over 5 years ago, she has graciously allowed others the opportunity to be champs.

Bren was a Home Ec teacher before switching careers to become a "Personal Assistant" to her two beautiful daughters. Since setting them on the right path, Bren has been substitute teaching for the past 7 years (is Bren a glutton for punishment???). Her oldest daughter Brittany became a CPA and daughter Sarah is just finishing up college and on her way to working with computers in the real world.

Having an attorney for a husband has helped Bren plead her case for staying up way too late online playing her matches.

Totally addicted to playing Spite and Malice, Bren receives keyboard assistance from her 2 Himalayan cats: China & Koko.

 When she's not playing Spite & Malice, Bren enjoys reading mysteries and watching her favorite TV shows: Lost, Life on Mars and Grey's Anatomy. (Being a big Lost fan myself, it tells me a lot about her.)  She also loves going to Vegas, especially after learning that what happens on the island, stays on the island.
