The League had a much needed face lift this year. The rookie franchises brought renewed energy not to mention a good foundation i.e. the basement. But that was then and now everyone is equal, well almost. To that end, The Mayor will be offering a drafting seminar that will include recognizing the obvious and other more arcane g.m. machinations like maintaining good posture while picking. Also The Mayors' ''Secret Strategies for a Winning Draft'' will be available on line to those of you who are looking to be more competetive in the future.
